This all-level class emphasizes the powerful flow of breath while moving the body in a way that makes sense. This linking of breath and moment empowers you to immerse into your physical and mental self. It is a “down-to-earth” class, welcoming to beginners, where students are encouraged to modify poses to create the experience they need for that moment. This class moves a bit slower than our traditional vinyasa class.
